Travel & Expense Agreement

If an in-person engagement requires MBA Sports to travel, the school or organization is responsible for all approved travel-related expenses in addition to the $500 strategy fee.

Approved Travel Expenses May Include:

Airfare and commercial flight travel
Lodging and hotel accommodations
Mileage reimbursement for driving
Ground transportation, rental vehicles & parking

Expectations & Confirmation: All travel expectations and budgets must be mutually agreed upon before confirming the engagement date. Virtual sessions via Zoom/Teams are also available with zero travel costs.
